How to form the multi-robot in ros? and how to communicate them?

Dear Friends, how to select the best ground robot from ROS(ROSbot 2.0 PRO, ROSbot 2.0, Rosbot and etc...)? I am new from this research field. Moreover, I want to know about the multi-robot(swarm robot) formation, robot localization, and multi-robot communication. Kindly share useful links and codes... Thanks in advance
