Catkin_make error with anaconda

I have no clue what the issue is. This is the terminal output.

The problem is most likely you are trying to use a Python interpreter (Anaconda in this case) for which the dependencies required for ROS have not been installed.

You also seem to be mixing Python 2 and Python 3.

Python 3 is not (officially) supported right now with ROS Melodic. You must have found other Q&As discussing this.

We are 3 people who did the exact same thing, and im the only one having this issue. All using fresh Ubuntu 18.04, fresh anaconda enviroments and totally fresh melodic installs, all done in the exact same way. Yet im the only person having this issue.

Could very well be. That doesn't change the fact you're using an unsupported setup there.

The likely cause is that your Conda environment does't have empy installed. That's what the em import errors are coming from. How/why that is the case for you but not for your fellow students I don't know.
