Astra camera Connection problem

I have installed ros_astra_camera driver. When i run 'roslaunch astra_launch astra.launch'. Some problems accured:

[ INFO] [1583726576.066234285]: No matching device found.... waiting for devices. Reason: astra_wrapper::AstraDevice::AstraDevice(const string&) @ /home/ubuntu/catkin_ws/src/ros_astra_camera/src/astra_device.cpp @ 79 : Device open failed
Could not open "2bc5/0403@1/5": Failed to open the USB device!

Are there any USB Connection problems? Please Help Me! Thank you!

What camera do you have? Did you install the udev rules?

I am using LeTMC-520 astra camera. Yes I have installed udev.

That’s not an astra camera.

That appears to be some chines knock off to mimick a primesense, these are the astra cameras the ros drivers support: https://orbbec3d.com/product-astra-pro/
