Catkin make command not found

I'm currently trying to get ROS kinetic working on a Raspberry Pi 4, i've followed the instructions listed on this website for Raspian Buster. I've also installed Catkin_tools, however catkin_make, catkin_make_isolated aren't recognised at all. So I am unable to build the ROS files.

Have you already sourced the setup.bash and edited the .bashrc file?

To do so look at Link.

I don´t know, if there is a difference to the bahavior of a normal ROS machine. Give it a try.
