How do I upgrade from Gazebo 7.0.0

Gazebo 7.0.0 comes preinstalled with ROS kinetic. How do I upgrade to at least gazebo 7.9.0? Google search didn’t help

Follow the instructions for gazebo install and if you upgrade through apt you should get the latest gazebo 7 version.
