What is the difference between Autoware vector map version 1 and version 2 in Autoware1.13-op_planner?

Hi,

I am using Autoware 1.13 and trying op_planner with the data LGSVL provides. Op_planner says it is version 2 vector map reads it that way however while op_planner is reading the vector map data at the end of the "lane.csv" and "node.csv" it gives a segmentation error. However if i force it to choose version 1, it seems it works fine except that i can't use any op_planner feature such as lane_changing and traffic light behaviour. And i am thinking it is because the vector map is not being read properly by op_planner.

So my question are do you have any idea what can be the problem is and what is the difference between "vector map version 1" and "vector map version 2"?

OS : Ubuntu 18.04.4, Ros: Melodic, Autoware Version: 1.13
