Hello, I want to ask and clarify for myself some warnings which are occurred while launching move_base node. They are:
[WARN] : global_costmap: Parameter "plugins" not provided, loading pre-Hydro parameters
[WARN] : local_costmap: Parameter "plugins" not provided, loading pre-Hydro parameters
However, even if I specify some plugins I still have the same error.

Check if you provide the plugins parameter correctly. See this tutorial as a guideline.
For further support, please post (edit your question) with the respective configuration and launch files.
