Progammable RoS Nano Drone with linux support in India

Dear experts, As you know, In India there is a regulation to fly drones and need to get the approval from different government bodies. However if the weight of the drone is < 250gms then it is exempted from all the government policies and does not need any approvals. Can you please let us know the vendor from whom we can buy drone with these features:- 1. Weight < 250gms so it is a nano drone and exempt from approvals. 2. Robot Operating System support with Linux running. 3. Complete open source linux control. 4. Vendor who can deliver to India.
