i could not recognize gesture in ros using normal webcam......i could not access webcam and then recognize the gesture....then i have to interfacde it with the EV3 Lego mindstroms pick and place robot

i refered Wessi/gesture_pkg....but the python code is showing me more errors i am new to use ros.... i need help with the code....or even any instructions .....please help me
