Communication between openCR 1.0 and Raspberry pi 3

I wondering to know and get some examples about how i can control pins\ports of OpenCR with raspberry pi help Now I work on my project and i starts with kit of Turtlebot 3 that includes motors of DYNAMIXEL (model : XL430-W250) and they connects to openCR directly , i want to be able to write code on raspberry and use it to start these motors Is it possible ? I am almost sure that yes and therefore I want to know more about this and see some examples
