rqt_image_view.h can't find ui_image_view.h, no such file or directory

So, my project was building AND running, then I restarted my computer. Now when I attempt to run I get ui_image_view.h:no such file or directory. When I try to run rqt_image_view in the terminal it runs just fine...I looked on the rqt_image_view gitlab page for any leads, but I can't find anything... Does anyone know why this .h file doesn't exist? Or why I am now needing it after restarting my computer?

OK, I seem to get it working again by commenting out every ROS library. I then started with ros/master.h, then it built just fine. I am guessing there was some conflict among header files.
