How to use usb_cam with Python any example?

I've install ROS and usb_cam on rapsberry pi and connect web-cam to it USB. I try to publish using ensor_msgs/Image. Using Python to code I try. Is there example on using usb_cam by python out there? I try search it found nothing and not find document how to use it.

Any help and suggestion please.
