[ROS Warning] Unable to locate package velodyne_test build file
I recently reinstalled ROS-Melodic
on my Ubuntu 18.04
. I am using Qt5
with the ROS
plugins I downloaded from here.
I was trying out a sample project from here as I will have to practice using a Velodyne Puck 16
and thought that this could be a good training. The project is successfully parsed but when I compile it I receive the following output:

is the following:
