Cross compiling packages for Ubuntu ARM with packages already installed
My robot (a beaglebone) has Ubuntu ARM with ROS Kinetic installed via apt. Since it takes so long to compile on the machine I am trying to set up a cross compile environment.
I have followed this article here: https://medium.com/@tahsincankose/cro... which helps but catkin cannot find my packages' .cmake
files.
Is there a way to compile my packages against a disk image that already has kinetic installed via apt
? All of the tutorials online build ROS from source.
