Hi This function will start timer and periodically send QueryVelocityState jaus message, I'm wondering where this function get called? Or I need add code somewhere? This is for:~ThirdParty/ROS1/Melodic/third_party/iop/iop_jaus_mobility_clients/fkie_iop_client_velocity_state_sensor/src/urn_jaus_jss_mobility_VelocityStateSensorClient Thanks

This reads like a very specific question about specific functionality in a specific package.

You would have a better chance of asking the authors/maintainers. Probably on the fkie/iop_jaus_mobility_clients issue tracker.
