Deploying ROS on other robots

Hi Guys,

I am looking to deploy my ROS stack on other devices and not sure where and how to begin.

How to create the binaries? Where to copy them? Are there any other resource files I need to copy?

In addition, is there some CI/CD ROS recommended environment to use so that I will be able to compile, create those resources and run test in the cloud? if so, is there a good tutorial you are familiar with?
