Using PySide2 for creating standalone GUI without ROSCORE

Dear all,

We are working on utilising PySide2 for creating GUI for a standalone GUI tool capable of importing ROSBAG data and visualise it and later export it. Need some suggestions for base work/references to start with for a better GUI, rqt_bag is not sufficient for our current requirements.

Please provide some references/base documentation to start with.
