what is the best FOV/FPSfor live-video feed analysis? [closed]

For our Project we want to use two camera to control and operate a robot remotely. one will be use for the navigation and an other will have to find different target in the environment. those two will make live-video feed analyse to automaticaly control the robot move. but we are not sure about the FOV and the framerate we should use. the camera will be mount on home made X-Y axis gimbal base.
