How Do I Launch REEM-C Simulation in Gazebo?

After running into potential REEM-C Simulation’s 32-bit OS-related issues, I replaced i386 + i5 box with amd64 unbutu and 64-bit iso/OS on a larger i5 box I used for ROS Kinetic+Melodic boot camps (using LinuxLive USB Creator 2.9.4.) Been there, done that.

Downloaded and installed “Installing Ubuntu with ROS” and “Installing REEM-C Simulation” on the ROS/Kinetic formatted Ubuntu 16.04.06

But when I worked my way to “2. Tutorials”:

Launching a REEM-C Gazebo simulation (/Robot/REEM-C/Tutorials/launch) command: “roslaunch reemc_gazebo reemc_empty_world.launch” installer responded:

[reemc_empty_world.launch] is neither a launch file in package [reemc_gazebo] nor is [reem_gazebo] a launch file name. The traceback for the exception was written to the log file.

I appreciate any help you can provide in advance. Thank you.

It looks like you may have missed the last steps in http://wiki.ros.org/Robots/REEM-C/Tut...

Probably the last line, with bold letters.
