Unable to locate the package when connecting kinect with ROS melodic in launch file

I am using ubuntu LTS 18.04 and connect a kinect xbox 360 with it using the rtab mapping. Freenect driver is installed successfully but when i type the command it gives me the error saying unable to locate the package as a verification i also attached the screenshot along with it. Thanking in advance, any usefull advice would be highly appreciated. Futhur advice relating to the implementation of indoor mappinng would be highly appreciated. image description
