failed to create 2to1 bridge for topic '/rosout'

I try to run ros bridge in my VM (Ubuntu 18 with Lubuntu-Desktop) and get this error: check the list of supported pairs with the --print-pairs option failed to create 2to1 bridge for topic '/rosout' with ROS 2 type 'rcl_interfaces/Log' and ROS 1 type 'rosgraph_msgs/Log': No template specialization for the pair What does it mean? The Ros-bridge is working fine

I have only ros-melodic-base installed. Ist this maybe the problem?

ROS1-> melodic ROS2-> crystal
