how does moveit access desired coordinates from camera fixed on robotic arm?

hi, I am using Rviz plugin to perform motion planning for my 5dof robotic arm ,where i can give any desired location by moving marker on the end effector but my concern is ,if i have to give world coordinates recieved from camera to motion planner ,how to do that ? i am new to robotics so please give detailed insight...thanks

Hi, you can transform the desired location from camera coordinates to world coordinates by using tf package, follow tf tutorial.
