Please answer the following numbered questions.

1- Has your ROS1 for windows graduated from the "experimental" phase?

I've already installed ROS1 for windows successfully on Windows 10 Pro. Thank you Microsoft!

There are ROS Kinetic and ROS Indigo humanoid robot packages/source that are of interest.

ROS Kinetic for UTHAI simulation mentioned below and ROS Indigo for the Nimbro-OP2X simulation.

There is much reference to the ROS Melodic distro, but I noticed, during installation, there was a list of all older ROS distros.

2- Am I able to do work using the ROS Kinetic or ROS Indigo distros in ROS for Windows?

3- If so, how do I enable this?; What are the installation commands?

4- Do I need to uninstall ROS Melodic to use an older distro?

5- If so, what are the commands?

6- Do I need to install the correct version of Gazebo for each distro in ROS for Windows?

Assuming using an older ROS distro is possible, there is a Universal Template for Humanoid Algorithm Interface (UTHAI) simulation using ROS kinetic + Gazebo that requires installation of the following packages:

liborocos-kdl1.3 ros-kinetic-effort-controllers ros-kinetic-position-controllers ros-kinetic-controller pyexcel_ods

7- Assuming the above packages are available, what are the commands to install these libs/packages in windows?

Usually asking 7 questions in one question isn't the best way to get all of your questions answered. If you break this mega-question into a couple of questions then you may be able to get better responses.
