How I download this software "Raven2" which is surgery system?

I found this system and be admired.

although, I cant find out where I can download this opensource software...

After searching by google,I get some pages, but I cant judge of collect choise...

Please teach me what I should choose.

Not an answer, but: that is a very old article (7 years now) and I can imagine the research group it mentions has moved on / is no longer maintaining that software.
