umd-ros-pkg installation help.. [closed]

I am trying to install the umd-ros-pkg in order to run the jpeg_streamer stack, but I don't know the location or how to edit a rosinstall file. Please advise thanks in advance.

Please ask specific questions. Say what you're doing and say what's failing. Also you should at least try to read the documentation for rosinstall and umd-ros-pkg which have instructions for installation: http://www.ros.org/wiki/umd-ros-pkg
