Collada File flicker in gazebo [closed]

I need to load ArUco marker inside gazebo environment. I created a Cuboid with sketchup, and embedded the ArUco Marker image to one face of the cuboid (shown below) then I export the dae file for the model.

When I load the above marker in Gazebo I face two issues

Shadow is weird (I then turn off the
scene>shadow) Flickering

Does anyone else face this problem?

How do I remove this flicker ?

here is a similar collada file and that flickers too when I load in Gazebo.

@gvdhoorn It might sound funny but I have forgotten my gazebo login password, And when I'm trying the recover option on login page of gazebo answers it is not sending recovery email. What to do (How do I contact gazebo people when I can't login to answers.gazebosim)?
