Going through the tutorials is a good place to start. But, without knowing your skill level (as far as programming goes) and what exactly confuses you this is hard to answer.

I know python programming (Intermediate level) and after going through the ROS tutorials, especially Talker and Publisher program I want to know programming using ROS. Where could I learn ROS programming?
