Hardware requirement estimation for ROS

Hello All,

We are building a robotics arm for agriculture purpose. Currently to test and build we used just the laptop. But now as we need to productize it, we are planning to use a compute module like TX1 or Snapdragon. There are some platforms for ROS on ARM available in this link.

We are having MoveIt, perception as the primary requirement.

I searched online to find some guide to estimate the amount of compute power, RAM usage, but didn't find some significant information.

Can anyone please provide some guide for this type of estimation.
