enable ros debug messages with rostest command

We can enable ros messages on consol using --screen option when we are using roslaunch. How to enable ros messages on consol with rostest. -- text does not give ros messages.

You can change the logger level with rosrun rqt_logger_level rqt_logger_level if that's what you mean
