How to see visualization of execution of motion on RVIZ using MoveIt

I want to see the trail/visualization of motion when i execute a motion. Both these options(Trail/Animation) are switched on in the rviz motion planning menu. What can be done? Does this mean that there is some fault with the urdf or moveit_config file? The motion planning trajectory slider also doesn't work. Picture of Arm on Rviz

Assuming the answer to this is yes, but did you click "Plan and Execute"?

Also did you use the MoveIt setup assistant to define a planning group?

Yes i did click plan and execute. Again yes i defined a planning group for the arm using the move it setup assistant.
