Get gradients from octomap (i.e. heat map)
Given an octomap (i.e. Octomap.msg) representing obstacles in the scene, how can I compute the gradient for a given cell? This must be possible as in this example: Generating heat map (cost map) with Octomap based on euclidean distance transform. Specifically I'm interested in implementing this in the C++ code, not just visualizing in RViz. Thanks in advance!
