ROS on Manjaro

Is it straightforward to install and run ROS1 indigo on manjaro (based on archlinux)? Does someone know what needs to be considered in addition/in difference to arch? Does someone know about a docker image which would ease the setup?

Because your link exposes hundreds of unresolved dependencies when trying to install ros-galactic or ros-melodic or ANY ROS packages. ALL are met with unresolved dependencies. So it is NOT straightforward because I've been spending weeks trying to get ROS1 or ROS2 or anything to do with ROS on my PBP running Manjaro.

Kind of old question but how about intalling it from AUR: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/ROS Otherwise, there are plenty of Docker images available: https://hub.docker.com/_/ros
