Failed to load nodelet error with ROS camera

When I try to run astra_launch it fails to load nodelets. The following is the output

I am experiencing and issue while loading my astra camera drivers where it can't load the required nodelets. The output is as below:

It seems likely that the nodelet manager is not running any more at this point. No manager -> cannot load nodelets.
