Hi there,

I know that ROS-Kinetic doesn't officially support Python3...but I've also read, that there exist several ways to make it work, even though the risk of some packages not working is quite huge...I've tried to install ROS with python3 but didn't make it work at all.

Can anyone please write an detailed installation-guide on how to make ROS-Kinetic use Python3 instead of Python2.7? I've found this thread but as a newbie I can't really deal with the answer..

Thanks in advance!
