i use this "Identifying ground returns using ProgressiveMorphologicalFilter segmentation" which provide by PCL -->http://pointclouds.org/documentation/tutorials/progressive_morphological_filtering.php#progressive-morphological-filtering
and it really great, all ground removed but it too slow to use real time and what i should change this source can fast? for real time velodyne HDL-32E
