Nodelets in pcl_ros

I was going through the code base of pcl_ros. I have doubt regarding the behaviour of nodelets in this package ? For example we consider the feature folder. Does each of the feature algorithm( like vfh etc. ) behave as nodelet or does the Feature class in feature.cpp behaves as the main nodelet ?
