Hi, Recently I've encountered this weird problem of Octomap loosing some occupied nodes when the map is being built. I've tried saving the map to a binary file at first those nodes are present but when the map expands they seems to be lost. However they are seen in the marker array is rviz I've tried redoing the map by going to the beginning even then it does not fix this. Any suggestions are welcome!
