Closing it like that is a bit harsh, but correct.

@pitosalas: ROS Answers isn't really suited for discussions or Qs with multiple As. Perhaps a post on ROS Discourse would be more appropriate?

@gvdhoorn i have one simple question again may i post or not its about one tutorial that's based on Arduino and ROS

You don't need to ask for my permission. I don't run this place.

Please go ahead.

Thanks for your support @gvdhooorn . It would seem that @nengelhard does run this place as he can summarily close questions. I am not sure why the harsh policy and how it advances the cause of building a community. But I was aware of it and only posted here when my post on discourse got no reactions

Well, @NEngelhard is quite right to close the question: it isn't (directly) about ROS, only tangentially perhaps.

As we already have 38000+ questions here on ROS Answers, we must try to stay as on-topic as possible, hence we close questions that don't seem to follow this policy.

And my comment about not running this place was for @lagankapoor :)

By the way here is the original discourse question: https://discourse.ros.org/t/collection-of-key-papers-on-mobile-robotics/3932
