why the roslibjs link is error

I found the link can not reach, and I am in China, Beijing , in the tutorials http://wiki.ros.org/roslibjs/Tutorials/ActionlibClient

http://cdn.robotwebtools.org/EventEmitter2/current/eventemitter2.js and http://cdn.robotwebtools.org/roslibjs/current/roslib.js , in additions, line 8 , there are duplicate text as below: //script type="text/javascript" type="text/javascript",

I'm closing this, as this is not a question, IMO. The wiki link works in general. The robotwebtool links don't work and I am not sure what this is supposed to be. Maybe a bug report? This shoud then go to the respective repos...
