install ROS Kinetic in Ubuntu 16.04 [closed]

hi I am trying to install ROS Kinetic on my Ubuntu 16.04 and I am getting the following error:

Err:1 http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu xenial/universe amd64 libfreexl1 amd64 1.0.2-1
  403  Forbidden [IP: 91.189.91.23 80]
E: Failed to fetch http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/universe/f/freexl/libfreexl1_1.0.2-1_amd64.deb  403  Forbidden [IP: 91.189.91.23 80]

E: Unable to fetch some archives, maybe run apt-get update or try with --fix-missing?

please help me!

Right, I would add this as a comment, but its "forbidden" so will put as an answer. Perhaps a mod can change it if its not helpful?

Have you by any chance recently installed an Nvidia TX2? There is a bug with the jetpack installation that wipes out the ability to use apt-get update. If this affects you, check through this thread at nvidia for a workaround https://devtalk.nvidia.com/default/to...

@jayess nope, couldn't type a single thing. Just an immediate big red banner saying FORBIDDEN. Works now though, glitch.
