iRobot 605 compatibility

Hi,

unfortunately, the iRobot Create 2 isn't available here in Europe, but I have the opportunity to get a cheap iRobot 605 (bought in DEC, 2016). According to https://github.com/AutonomyLab/create... , the 600 series SHOULD be supported but it's not verified. Has anybody of you successfully used create_autonomy together with this iRobot model?

As author of create_autonomy, I have a good feeling that the driver should be compatible, but alas no hard evidence.

Hi, thanks for your reply! I could get a cheap offer for a 650 model. As this is the base for the Create 2, the driver will hopefully work. As soon as I receive the connection cable, I'll let you know if it works so it can be added to the confirmed models list (or not).

Hi, I received the cable and can confirm compatibility with the 650 model. Didn't find any issues yet.
