HOW to communicate between ROS and ABB ROS server??

I've installed the ABB ros server using the online tutorials, I'm using Yumi robot. The problem when I run roscore while connecting the two PCs via LAN I'm not finding the node for the ROS server. Any recommendation for the setup and communication between the ROS and ABB ROS server to be able to control the robot via ROS as I'm very new to ROS. I'm using ROS-kinetic and ABB ROS server installed on windows 10 and IRB14000 Yumi Robot. I'm able to ping both PC the windows with ROS server and the Ubuntu 16.04 with the ROS-kinetic.
