OMPL and FCL with ros kinetic
Dear all, I am new at ROS so sorry if I am posting a naive question but your input will be greatly appreciated. I would like to use OMPL and FCL on ROS kinetic and what I am reading is that there are not ROS package anymore. I am a bit puzzled because I was thinking that to create a package you need a package.xml along with a CMakeLists.
