RViz move Interactive Marker to other joint

Hey there, I am new to RViz and wondering if it's possible to move the interactive marker from the TCP to another joint. I use Sawyer from rethinkrobotics and I wanna move the arm dependent of the camera on it's wrist joint. Or do I have to code a new marker for this?
