How does GZSDF handle the URDF transmission tags?

Trying to understand how exactly the transmission tags are handled when converting from URDF to SDF.

I think you'll have a better chance of getting a good answer to this over at answers.gazebosim.org, seeing as they wrote the tool.

if you agree, could you close this question with the proper reason (ie: Gazebo question)?
