The Hokuyo UST 10lx LIDAR are permanently blinking. The datasheet indicates that it s a malfunction state. But i cant find what the origin of the problem is. Moreover, is it possible to repair a blinking Hokuyo UST 10lx LIDAR (by myself and not wait for the warranty) or is it definitely broken ?
