I need to make 4 topics to publish at the rate of exactly 100 Hz (to ensure that the number of samples for each of 4 topics are equal to each other). I don't know if it is possible to have some command that can throttle many topics at the same time, or to define it in a launch file so I just need to launch the launch file instead of declaring the throttle one by one.
