ros* commands not found after following the installation guide on OS X

Hi folks, I am on Sierra 10.12.4, I tried the steps described here:

After every command line executed with success, I still can not find rosmake, roslaunch etc. commands but only for the following,

$ ros
rosco                        
rosdistro_reformat rosdep             
rosinstall rosdep-source              
rosinstall_generator
rosdistro_build_cache        
roslocate rosdistro_freeze_source     
rosversion
rosdistro_migrate_to_rep_141  rosws
rosdistro_migrate_to_rep_143

I am puzzled here, could anyone show me some hint? Thanks a lot.
