Vaccum Gripper Plugin for ROS-Indigo and Gazebo-2
Have anybody use the https://github.com/ros-simulation/gaz... this plug in for ROS-indigo with Gazebo Version 2?
It is working with the ROS-Kinetic but if it needs to work with ROS-I what kind of changes need to make in the plug in?
Which parts of ROS-I are you using exactly? Most (if not all) pkgs can be build from sources in Kinetic, so there should be no reason not to use Gazebo 7 & Kinetic.
Thanks. I am working on pick & place project. UR-5 + ROS-I(Ros industrial) with ROS-Indigo+Gazebo 2.2 & Ubuntu 14.04 LTS. I can not update to 16.04 LTS due to Organization constraint so for that i have to stick with above configuration. Can it possible to use the same plug in above configuration.
You could try and see whether you can build the plugin from source against your gazebo 2.2 install, but I can't guarantee anything.
