LMS511 connectivity issue in ROS

I cannot seem to connect to this SICK LIDAR LMS511 , I am trying to scan or direct connect to it using and Ethernet IP4 connection using 192.168.0.4/24 and direct connecting to 192.168.0.1:2111 however It cannot be found. Either the IP address has been changed or the interface is damaged or otherwise miss-configured, anyone know how to reset the IP to defaults on a LMS511

P.S. I also cannot install the vcp serial driver for the LMS511 on my windows 7 so that option isnt available for me.
